Quality studies at our medical center are carried out in line with the Healthcare Quality Standards - Medical Center Set, within the scope of the Regulation on the Development and Evaluation of Quality in Health.
As the Quality Management Unit, our activities include:
- Coordinating studies carried out within the SKS framework
- Following studies related to institutional goals and targets
- Managing self-assessments
- Managing processes related to the adverse event reporting system
- Taking part in risk management studies
- Managing employee feedback surveys, evaluation of results and related improvement work
- Providing document management within the SKS framework
- Participating as a member of committees defined within the SKS framework

A healthy and safe working environment is provided for our staff, with attention to ergonomics and occupational health and safety. Feedback mechanisms within the quality management system are operated effectively, and processes are continuously improved.
